  1. Q Where are located volume control?
    A The speaker cube itself does not have any volume or tone controls--that comes from whatever playback device you are using. As long as your phone, tablet, or computer has Bluetooth capability and can connect with the cube; then you change the sound volume using the controls of your phone, tablet, or computer. They have a pretty amazing sound for so small a speaker and I have more than one now.
  2. Q Does the speaker automatically power off if it's not being used for a certain period of time?
    A Yes
  3. Q Will this speaker connect to a Samsung phone?
    A Speaker doesn't actually connect via Bluetooth. Speaker only plays music off of a separate memory card (not included)

    A First make sure the cube is charged. Turn off cube. Disconnect the device through your cars system. Turn on.cube and attempt tonrecon

    A It can only play music from the memory card sold separately. There is no aux port or Bluetooth
  6. Q can you use this speaker while it is charging?
    A Yes, absolutely. I often leave it plugged in while listening, however, a full charge lasts for days. It works well either way.
  7. Q With a card inserted, does it play instantly the mp3 on the card when pressing one button?
    A Mine did and worked well
  8. Q How long did the battery last for you?
    A I am sorry but is to play music only, and I use from time to time for about one hour. It won't work for using with a cell phone.So I don't know how long the battery will last.

    A I wish it did that would have been fantastic.... but unfortunately it doesn't which sucks....but its still a good music player though

    A Yes

    A As far as I'm aware no But the speaker comes with silicone casing to protect it and asthetic. That black you see in the picture is a rubber/silicone material I assume but I have dropped this thing countless times and it's never stopped functioning and I've had it for months.
  12. Q Is there a speaker case compatible with this speaker?
    A Not that I know of. Not much need for a case, already has a silicon wrap around it and is water resistant! Just add a clip to it and wear it on belt loop. Good speaker, use it at work all the time.

    A No it does not have a mic.
  14. Q I turned this speaker on successfully (charging via usb port of mac laptop) -- but i can't get the laptop to recognize the attached device/speaker(?).
    A I'm unsure about a Mac, but on my iPad I go into settings > Bluetooth. Turn Bluetooth on and speaker should show up in available devices. Select the speaker and you're good to go
  15. Q I tried using this with skype, and a separate video call website. my laptop restarted. how to fix?
    A Sounds like a laptop issue and not anything to do with this speaker
  16. Q is there a way to keep it from broadcasting incoming calls?
    A If I’m listening to music on my phone through any Bluetooth device, the ring will sound through the speaker. As soon as I answer the call on my phone, I select the device I want to take the call on, whether it’s headset or phone (up on my ear) or speaker phone.
  17. Q Can it be paired with a tv?
    A I Purchased it to enhance my cell phone music. I have no idea if it works with the television. It is a small speaker however.
  18. Q How do I pair to Google pixel phone?
    A The first time I used the speaker was with my Ipod. I turned on the speaker first, then turned on my Ipod. Went into the settings of the Ipod, under Bluetooth. Turned on Bluetooth and it started scanning for the device. It eventually finds the device and it is titled Allway. Then just click on it and the speaker will beep and your phone should indicate that it is connected. I hope this helps.

    A No... its got a rubber like cover over it... i don't see any screws or seams on it.

    A It doesn’t come with one, but I plug the charging cable into a wall socket that has a USB port so don’t technically “need” an adapter

    A NO,it can't work with Alexa,thanks.

    A No aux Bluetooth speaker only

    A No, unless you can use the charging port to plug one in. It's a great little wireless speaker tho.
  27. Q Just bought this and worked great the first time. Now when I turn it on it just blinks a blue light, can’t get it to work. Any suggestions?
    A If you have a TF card inserted, it flashes a blue light when it is turned on because it is playing TF card music. If you want to switch to Bluetooth, you need to long press the play button, then it will switch to Bluetooth and there will be a sound reminder.You can try this first, if there is still a problem, please contact us, we will provide a new one for youпјЊthanks.

  29. Q Is it compatible with Android Smartphones?
    A Yes. I'm using it with a Motorola G7 Power which is a very new android phone. It works and sounds good enough for me. My husband has a wireless speaker for his phone that cost $20 more than this one and I can't tell that much of a difference.

    A Yes, i have a Iphone 7 plus too and it works perfect

    A You don't need to do this, you just need to fully charge the speaker's battery.

    A You need to hold down the button for 3-5 seconds & the light will turn on indicating it is powered up & on

    A No ,there isn't a charger that comes with it, but it does have a usb cable so that you can connect to your computer or your wall charger using this cable and it will charge from your computer or wall charger. That's how I've been doing it.

    A Much louder than my iphone.

    A Not sure, never tried it in bathroom.
