  1. Q I had a shower speaker that could connect to siri holding the play button. Can this speaker do that?
    A I just purchased and cannot get Siri to engage with any of the buttons so will be returning. If you don’t care about that, the speaker is otherwise pretty great.
  2. Q Can I leave it turned on when I'm done showering/disconnect my phone or is it better to turn it off each time?
    A I wouldn’t leave it on. I left mine on by mistake, and after that I charged it, it never worked again! You have to turn it off, and even if you do turn it off, after a month it won’t work anymore anyway. I purchased 2 of them, and both of them died within a month and a half.
  3. Q Does this make an annoying noise when turning off and on and connecting? Trying to find one that doesn't do this.
    A It does make a noise when turning off and on.
  4. Q How to enter the pairing mode?
    A When you power the device on it should pair with your device under Bluetooth settings
  5. Q can the skip feature be used to skip youtube ads?
    A Surely not, it's designed for skipping tracks, not segments of one track
  6. Q How long does it take to charge?
    A A couple hours- it does work while it's charging though, which is nice.
  7. Q Can you pair 2 of these speakers together??
    A I don't think so, I have to disconnect my iPad from it in order to then connect my phone and vice-versa. It doesn't seem to support more than 1 connection at a time. Supposedly you can connect it to an Echo dot or other echo device which would then allow you to have more than 1 speaker connected and you could connect your device to the echo instead for music etc. However, I've never managed to get mine connected to Echo. I tried for awhile when I first got it and then just quit, though I imagine customer support could help you figure it out. It just wasn't that important to me so I didn't pursue it.
  8. Q What do you do if it doesn’t pair to your Echo Dot? I have tried numerous times and it will not connect
    A The echo dot is a speaker. I have never connected an echo to anything but a sound source, never another speaker.
  9. Q My speaker won’t go into pairing mode. Just does a fast blink and won’t pair. Any ideas how to reset it?
    A If I have an issue it is usually my Bluetooth. Message the seller. They have great customer service but will not get to you until late evening.
  10. Q Fully charge battery. Will run for three days for no more than 5 minutes a day. Then needs to be charged again. Is this the normal battery life?
    A No, I use my speaker for HOURS before it needs to be charged. I used it for 2 days at the beach before I needed to charge it.

    A The blue light with continuously flash while it's on does not seem to drain the battery it uses an led light

    A Yes, the suction cup works on ceramic tile. I mounted it inside my shower and it stays put. The suction is excellent!

    A It comes with a small charger cable, but not a charging block.

    A It pairs via Bluetooth to Android, very easily.
  20. Q Can you use with a smart tv?
    A I haven't tried that but, if the TV has Bluetooth capability, I would think that you can. I've been able to link it to all of my Bluetooth devices.

    A The sound quality is awesome! It does get pretty loud, but you can adjust with the volume control.

    A Yes, it is. The body of this speaker was made of silicone.

    A Yes.As long as your laptop has bluetooth, then it can connect well

    A As long as a device has bluetooth and can select it, I believe it will work. Phone and tablet do work for sure

    A It is waterproof, so no problem to use in the rain
